Refund Policy
Bee-SIM sells digital eSIM products that can often be delivered and activated quickly. Because of that, refund decisions depend heavily on whether the product was already delivered, installed, activated, or consumed.
1. General refund position
Because Bee-SIM products are digital and may be delivered almost instantly, refunds are not automatic once fulfilment begins. Every request is reviewed against the specific order status, the technical facts, and applicable consumer law.
2. When a refund may be considered
A refund or replacement may be considered if, for example, you were charged but the eSIM was never delivered, the delivered code is technically invalid before any use, or the product cannot be fulfilled because of a confirmed provider-side failure that cannot be corrected within a reasonable time.
3. When a refund is usually not available
Refunds are usually not available once the eSIM has been delivered and successfully activated, once data has been used, or when the issue comes from a device not supporting eSIM, an operator lock, incorrect installation steps, accidental deletion, destination misuse, or a change of mind after immediate digital delivery.
4. Cancellation before fulfilment
If an order has not yet been fulfilled, Bee-SIM may be able to cancel it. Because many digital orders start processing quickly, cancellation is not guaranteed. If you need cancellation, contact support immediately after placing the order.
5. Technical issue review process
To review a refund request properly, Bee-SIM may ask for your order number, device model, screenshots, ICCID or activation details, destination country, and a short description of what happened. Missing evidence can slow down or prevent a decision.
6. Replacement before refund
Where appropriate, Bee-SIM may first offer troubleshooting, redelivery, or a replacement eSIM instead of a cash refund, especially when the original issue can be fixed quickly and fairly.
7. Chargebacks and abuse
Fraudulent disputes, repeated abuse of refund requests, or attempts to keep using a delivered service while seeking a refund may lead to account restrictions, order blocking, or evidence being submitted to the payment provider.
8. How to request help
For refund or cancellation questions, email hi@bee-sim.com and include your order number plus the clearest proof you have of the issue. We aim to review genuine cases as quickly as possible.
Fair and practical approach
If the service genuinely fails before use, Bee-SIM will review it seriously. If the eSIM was already delivered and consumed normally, refunds are much less likely.
