These Terms & Conditions govern the use of bee-sim.com and the purchase of Bee-SIM digital eSIM products. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. About Bee-SIM
Bee-SIM operates through bee-sim.com and sells prepaid digital eSIM data products for travel. Support contact: hi@bee-sim.com.
2. Nature of the service
Bee-SIM products are digital eSIM services. No physical SIM card is shipped. Coverage, supported networks, speed, and service behaviour depend on the selected product, the destination, compatible hardware, local conditions, and partner operator availability.
3. Compatibility and customer responsibility
Before buying, you are responsible for confirming that your device is carrier-unlocked, supports eSIM, and is compatible with the selected product. If your phone or region has restrictions that prevent eSIM use, that does not automatically make the service defective.
4. Ordering and payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate customer and billing information. Orders are only considered accepted after successful payment authorisation and system processing. Bee-SIM may refuse, cancel, or investigate orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, or technically invalid.
5. Delivery and activation
Bee-SIM aims to deliver eSIM details quickly by email after payment. Delivery times are usually fast, but temporary delays may happen because of payment checks, provider issues, or technical incidents. Some products activate on installation, while others activate only when they first connect in the destination country. Product-specific rules always matter.
6. Fair use, coverage, and network limitations
Actual speeds, latency, hotspot support, and coverage are never guaranteed. Local operators may impose traffic management, fair use controls, or temporary restrictions. Bee-SIM is not responsible for interruptions caused by operator maintenance, force majeure, unsupported devices, or destination-specific network limitations.
7. EU digital content and immediate performance
By buying a Bee-SIM eSIM product, you request immediate digital fulfilment before the end of any cooling-off period. Where local law allows, once delivery or activation has started, your statutory withdrawal right may be reduced or lost for that digital product.
8. Refunds and technical issues
Refund decisions are handled according to our Refund Policy. If you believe the service is defective, contact support quickly with your order number, device model, screenshots, and a short explanation of the issue so it can be reviewed properly.
9. Prohibited use
You must not misuse the website, reverse engineer the service, resell a product where resale is not allowed, attempt payment fraud, or use the service in a way that harms the site, Bee-SIM, partner networks, or other customers.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Bee-SIM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including missed travel arrangements, lost profits, or third-party costs. Nothing in these terms limits liability where that would be unlawful under applicable consumer law.
11. Changes to these terms
Bee-SIM may update these Terms & Conditions when the service, legal requirements, or fulfilment model changes. The version published on this page applies to future use of the site and future purchases.
